I AM SET APART
This week, your child learned that God sent Jesus to rescue us from sin from Matthew 26-28, Mark 15:33-16:8, Luke 23:44-24:12, and John 19.
They discovered the incredible truth that Jesus is alive and has conquered sin and death for us all.
Your child learned that Jesus took the punishment we deserved for our sin by dying on the cross. On the third day, God raised Jesus back to life again, showing that He is more powerful than anything - even death! Through His death and resurrection, Jesus has made a way for us to have a relationship with God.
God's love is available to anyone who comes to Him, and through Jesus, we can experience forgiveness and be welcomed into God's family.
This Easter, we celebrate that Jesus invites us into a relationship with Him and the joy of being part of His community.
